Kevin Parris Dominion Engineering Associates

KEVIN PARRIS

President

Kevin Parris – President/Owner, has over 20 years of engineering experience in the Fredericksburg region.  Mr. Parris founded Dominion Engineering in 2004 on core principles of customer service, quality engineering and integrity.  Mr. Parris has worked on thousands of projects in the area from the geotechnical design stage through construction, developing and executing the scope of service. As such, Mr. Parris can offer a tremendous wealth of first-hand experience to Dominion’s clients.

Russell Harris - Dominion Engineering Associates

RUSSELL HARRIS

Principal

Russell “Russ” Harris Jr., P.E., has over 30 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and joined the Dominion Engineering team in 2007 as a co-owner. His areas of expertise include in-situ testing, foundation systems, ground improvement, slope stability, retaining wall design, soil mechanics, problem soil sites, deep excavation evaluations, mass site grading, and expert witness testimony. Russ is at his best on the construction site, solving those daily problems that arise, with a common sense approach, mindful of economics and risk; providing real value to our clients.
